Broocks was my grandmother’s maiden name, and originates from Scotland. Yes – that is two “o’s” and a “c” but the c is silent. Oh yes, there is an “s” too. Hope that’s ok. I will answer to just about anything so no worries!

My background in in Marketing and Sales with some big hitters like The Coca-Cola Company, Pennzoil-Quaker State, and our very own local Blue Rhino propane company. But I really love the one on one relationships built through the real estate journey. Helping first time buyers navigate the purchase process is as great as listing a family home that is ready for new owners. Generally my “clients” are quickly “forever friends”.
In my off time, I adore family time with my hubby & kids, our rescue dogs (Jake and Boomer), and being active at Two Cities Church, volunteering in the community, and at the YMCA. If I’m off the grid, I’m likely with my loves in the High Country (Boone, NC) looking for a hike, a view, a garden shop & a bottle of wine.
